An online business manager or OBM is a virtually based support professional who manages online based businesses, including the day-to-day management of projects, operations, metrics and team. Tasks range from outsourcing, managing teams, leading meetings or launches to calendar or inbox management and process development. As an OBM, I will be your go to person for getting things done and your biggest supporter in your business!

OBM's are able to come in to your business and assess the needs and areas for optimization and growth. As an OBM, I will help you be able to focus on your growth goals by being the one who can take care putting out the daily fires and building your team and plan for success. I will also help you optimize your systems and processes so you can save time and money as you grow and reach your goals without all the added stress that can come with it.

I am committed to working and delivering on deadline. We will discuss deadlines and communication in our kickoff call to make sure we work together to help your business succeed. We can typically complete most tasks within a day or two, depending on complexity.

We will work to figure out what works best for both of us! Primarily, we will communicate via email, phone calls and Google Meet/Zoom calls. We will also use some project management platforms if needed. I will do my best to accommodate your business and your preferred style of communication.

I work on a personalized basis to find out how I can best come alongside your business to find out where you are struggling or have room for optimization and efficiency. I take on what I can or delegate to your team (if you have one or need one!), to make room in your life, so you can do the things you are most passionate about. I can take care of the rest!
